CANCELLATION POLICY
We value everyone’s time, including our own. Our policies regarding late fees and cancellation fees are as follows: Late Policy: Communication is key, please communicate if you will be running more than 15 minutes late, so that we may reschedule your appointment to a later date if one is available. If we do not hear from you, we have to assume you are a no show. For no shows, we charge 100% of the service cost. Cancellation/ reschedule Policy: We understand life happens, please give us a 24 hour notice to release the appointment. You can also cancel online or via any reminder or confirmation text/email. Our cancellation fee is 30% of the service cost if you fail to notify your service provider or cancel online 24 hours prior to appointment. Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer any refunds or transferrable deposits. As always, we are committed to making sure you are completely satisfied with your service(s), please communicate clearly with your service provider about your expectations through your consultation and feel free to call/text with any feedback or concerns.
